Baring in mind I live in the south of Spain where it can be difficult to get replies from businesses, the below should summarise how happy I was with the experience: I sent an enquiry via instagram and within a couple of hours I received a phone call from John. He was extremely helpful and professional. Within the next week, we had already begun the job and within a few days, it was finished (not to mention to a high standard and a beautiful addition to our house!).
